Q: How long is the lead time?
A: It typically takes 3-5 days to reach you after you placed an order. If you order chews, it can reach 7 days in very unlikely scenarios. As we have to source for fresh ingredients and the market is not always open. But, that's highly unlikely. Also there is occasionally some delay due to the uncertainty in courier service these days. As we do our part to make sure we ship every item on time. We cannot control how the courier service operates.
Q: Do you have a license to manufacture food for dogs?
A: Yes, we're licensed under Nparks to manufacture pet food. They inspect our work processes for compliance and safety purposes periodically.
Q: Do the authorities check on you?
A: Yes, NEA checks us twice every month, for hygiene and pest clearance issues.
Q: Are your raw materials certified to be imported by AVA?
A: Yes, we have to abide by the rules.
Q: Do you charge GST?
A: We are GST registered. But right now we don't charge because we understand the impact of inflation on all of us. We'll do our part and absorb the GST for you.
Q: Can I do a pre-order online and pickup from your premises?
A: Yes, you can. Just indicate when you want to come to pickup within our operating hours. Monday - Saturday (10am - 6pm). Please message us 93259756 before you come.
Q: What payment do you accept?
A: Cash, Paynow, Paylah, Credit card, Debit card, AMEX, Master Card, and Grabpay.
Q: What is the shelf life of the products?
A: For dehydrated meat, the best-consumed-by time is 3 months before opened. After opening store it in the fridge and it can last for a month. For chews, before open best-to-consume by a month, if not able to finish it in one go, keep in a Ziploc bag and store it in the fridge. It'll be good for a month.
Q: Do you use any artificial ingredients?
A: No we do not. No artificial preservatives, colors, or ingredients are used to create our products. Our Bites are made up of gluten-free flour.
Q: What if my pet develops an allergy after having your treats?
A: In as much as we try to make our treats with all due diligence. We cannot guarantee that pups will not develop an allergy to them, as each dog is physiologically different. Therefore we urge all owners to give sparingly if the ingredient is new to your dog. Once your pup develops symptoms of allergies, stop giving the treats.
Q: Should I put my phone number when ordering?
It is not compulsory, however if you do indicate your phone number, our courier would be able to contact you once the delivery is done. We do not use or collect your phone number for any other use. If you don't indicate, then you will have no way to track your parcel.

A: For now, we are a home-based business.
